Luke’s First Birthday
Today is our youngest child’s first birthday. He has eaten a few things here & there, mostly baby food. Today he got his first taste of cake. We bought a bunch of cupcakes for him & our other children & set him loose. This is what we ended up with:

All is well up in these parts this year William! Having good rains for the first time in years! And I ain’t complaining! Kinda like the Garden of Eden around here this year! Might make for a comfortable winter for once. I haven’t kept track of your weather year down there so forgive me for not knowing the conditions your way, but I pray all is going well for all of you folks!
Yes, doing quite well here as well. Definately been rany enough here as well. Kids are going to have fun harvesting for the first time. Just got a new puppy too, apprently someone dropped it off here down by the road in the culvert, so the kids are busy today making sure it gets a playful days welcome. Finally got my large scale incubator completed and working as well, will be doing a story on that prolly tomorrow with pictures.
