Hi guys & gals. It has been awhile since I last posted. We have been pretty busy around here. First of all we are trying to get the house winterized & we are putting up a new barn for the horses. We also have 2 more horses & 8 more piglets being delivered sometime in the near future. The 2 newest horse are bigger ones, not minis like our others.

I have been doing a lot of baking lately: breads, cakes, etc. I have also been learning to make my own hamburger rolls, which Will requests every time we have hamburgers. I have learned to make granola bars, too. The kids love the granola bars.

We also have another new addition to our growing menagerie of animals. We recently acquired a ferret. He is 3 years old & his name is Meeko. He is very tame & even lets our 2 year old carry him around, which is saying a lot because Thomas is all boy.
