More on Thanksgiving and Chris’s visit.
My younger brother Chris came to the farm this thanksgiving season and learned he will always be a city boy at heart. He did love some of the activities we have here at times such as getting new livestock and having to catch it to load it, chasing and catching chickens while singing the Rocky theme song, shooting his first real handgun, and the good eating we enjoy thanks to where and how we live of course. That boy can pack down some chow, let me tell you!! Theres some pictures from his visit below this article for you all to enjoy.
Jaime has been busy in the kitchen today making 3 pumpkin cheesecake pies, 3 regular pumpkin pies, cinnamon swirl rolls ,an applesauce cake, apple turnovers, and getting ready to cook tomorrows big meal as well. My mother got to come out today as well and meet all the kids, which was a treat for all of them. They had been going ballistic about both Chris and Mothers visiting them for a week now. Talk about exciteable.
